# Subscription End of Trial The **_Subscription End of Trial_** event triggers actions in your connected systems when a trial ends and converts into a paid subscription. This event is often used to apply/remove tags in your CRM. This can be used for internal tasks, or to trigger automation in your CRM to deliver post-trial emails to your customer. NOTE: If you have configured any Subscription Payment automation, it will fire around the same time, as the first payment is collected at the end of a trial. This event is designed for triggering automation surrounding the trial ending (EX: Removing trial tags in CRM)
