# Sidebar Adding strategic content to your sidebar is a proven way to boost conversions. Design and upload images to display in your _Sidebar Content_ to have more control over the look and feel of your content. ## Testimonials Block Quickly add the element of social proof to your checkout with the **_Testimonials_** block. Choose your testimonial Layout Settings: _**Default Testimonial**_ (text), or **_Video Testimonials_** Here is a preview of both _**Default** (Text)_ and **_Video Testimonial_** blocks. ## Checklist Block Use the **_Checklist_** block to highlight the core features and benefits of your offer in the sidebar. ## Image Block Add an image to your sidebar content, like a product photo or purchase guarantee seal, with the **_Image_** block. ## Popup Modal Block Add “Learn More” style content popups to your sidebar with the **_Popup Modal_** block. When your customer clicks the “Learn more” button, a popup window will open to show more information without cluttering up your checkout. ## Video Block Add an embedded video to the sidebar of your checkout with the **_Video_** block. ## Advanced Embed Settings (Hide/Show) In the SpiffyJS section of the [Embed](https://university.spiffy.co/styling-customization/embedding-checkouts.md) code of your checkout, you will see a Settings button where you have further ability to control how different sections of the checkout display when embedded. Here you will find a toggle setting for **_Hide Sidebar Content._** By default, this setting is turned off, and sidebar content will display when the Checkout is embedded. The _**Hide Sidebar Content**_ setting can be used to display sidebar content on the hosted version of the checkout, but maybe somewhere else you have the same checkout embedded as a popup, where you don’t want the sidebar content to show. This makes it possible to use the same Checkout in two different places and still have a streamlined and optimized checkout experience.
