# Failed Payment Recovery, Automation Logs, Remove Customer Card, Hide Prices, & More ## New Failed Payment Recovery System Customers are able to resolve failed payments in real time during a checkout flow, by retrying the payment or using a different payment method altogether. While in a checkout flow, any payment failures or 3DS Auth will start an on-session recovery flow. Once the payment is successful your post-purchase logic will resume to continue the checkout flow where the customer left off. This was previously only available on Business and Scale accounts.
