Exit Discount for Checkouts

We’ve introduced a new Exit Discount feature to help you win back distracted shoppers and boost conversions right at the moment they’re about to leave.

When a customer has been viewing your checkout for at least 45 seconds and moves toward the top of the page, a targeted discount will appear—giving them a timely nudge to complete their purchase.

You can also enable an optional countdown timer to increase urgency. The timer persists even if the page is refreshed, ensuring the experience stays consistent and credible for your customer.
