New Report: Payment Plan Performance

Our newest report gives performance insights for payment plans to help identify where you can optimize payment options on your offers, improve repayment performance, lower default risk, and maximize collected revenue.

Payment Plan Defaulted

We’ve added a new status for payment plans, to be used for Past Due or Unpaid plans that are written off as bad debt. This status can be used to filter payment plan sales, and is reflected on relevant dashboards and reports.

We also have a new global billing automation event Payment Plan Defaulted for any operational or financial actions that need to happen related to write offs.

Integration Settings on Customer Record

You can now view connected integrations directly on each customer record in Spiffy and make edits to update the associated contact record in connected systems. This is an advanced setting available to Owner, Manager, Support, and Lead user roles.

UX/UI Improvements

Affiliates

The main Affiliate List and Program Affiliate List now use our upgraded table system, delivering faster load times, smoother navigation, and improved filtering.

Checkouts & Payments

We improved 3DS payment recovery so authentication retries continue working properly even if checkout totals change during the payment process.

Permissions

Analyst and Lead user roles can now run reports, giving teams broader access to reporting insights without requiring elevated admin permissions.
