Failed Payment Recovery, Automation Logs, Remove Customer Card, Hide Prices, & More

New Failed Payment Recovery System

Customers are able to resolve failed payments in real time during a checkout flow, by retrying the payment or using a different payment method altogether.

While in a checkout flow, any payment failures or 3DS Auth will start an on-session recovery flow. Once the payment is successful your post-purchase logic will resume to continue the checkout flow where the customer left off.

Automation Logs on All Accounts

Automation Logs are now available on all account levels. This was previously only available on Business and Scale accounts.

With this feature, you can view automation events that have been run for your connected integrations, add filters and retry failed events. Users must have owner or manager permissions to access.

Order Management

Remove Customer Card on File

Customer card labels can be removed from the Customer Record, when not currently in use as an active payment.

Edit Order Fields

Order fields (customer name, address, etc) can be edited directly from the Order Record, in addition to the Customer Record.

Portal Updates

Customer Portal – Password Authentication

Your customers can now choose to create a password to log into the Customer Portal, instead of using a magic link.

Affiliate links will pass through utm parameters when set by your affiliate with ref_ prepended to the property name. (Eg: ref_utm_campaign=email)

Checkout Editor Updates

‘Round up for Charity’ Block

Give your customers the option to round up their order for charity donation.

Shortcut to Discount Settings

Discount codes in the checkout editor now link directly to your account-level Discount settings for quick editing and adjusting.

Options: ‘Hide Prices’

Hide prices for options on your checkout by using the Dropdown layout and selecting ‘Hide Prices’ in advanced settings.
