When a customer card on file is not in use as an active payment type, you can remove it from their Customer Record. This action will remove the card label from Spiffy, however the card will remain in connected payment systems (Stripe, PayPal, etc).
To remove a customer card from Spiffy, navigate to the Customer Record for your customer and click on the trash can icon next to the card you want to remove. If the card is currently in use, this option will not be available as shown below.
After clicking on the trash can icon, a pop-up confirmation will appear. Select Remove Card.
Important: This action is permanent and can’t be undone. Please make sure you are removing the desired card before proceeding. If the incorrect card is removed in error, it will need to be added as a new card by you or your customer.
