Notifications for Integration Connection Issues

Connection issues with your Integrations can happen for a number of reasons, like the connection credentials changing or Spiffy becoming de-authorized on the Integration side.

In the event that this happens, account owners and managers will be notified that action is needed to reconnect the affected Integration.

All account owners and managers will receive a notification email, as shown below:

An alert will also appear in app on the main Dashboard, as shown below:

Clicking on either the email link or the in app alert will take you to Integration Settings to reconnect the Integration.

From there, click on the Integration that needs to be reconnected, showing Action Needed in red.

In the Integration Settings pop-up, follow the prompts to reconnect the Integration and click Save.

Once the Integration is successfully reconnected, Spiffy will automatically re-run any failed automation actions that occurred while it was disconnected.
