Get a clear snapshot into how payment plans are impacting your revenue and conversion strategy. Track adoption rates, default rates, and revenue capture across checkout pages and payment plan terms to better understand which offers are driving the strongest results.

Filter by checkout name and date range. Choose which columns to show or hide in the table, including Count, Take Rate, Revenue Capture, Total, Paid, Remaining, and Written Off. The results can be exported, giving you the ability to use the data in your own Excel spreadsheets.

Overall Plan Activity Stats

Overall Plan Activity shows stats for all activity on all payment plans during the selected date range.

• Completed Plans – Shows the number of payment plans fully paid off during the selected date range

• Completed Value (Paid) – Shows the total amount successfully collected from completed payment plans

• Defaulted Plans – Shows the number of payment plans marked as Defaulted

• Defaulted Value (Written Off) – Shows the total amount written off as bad debt from defaulted plans

• New Plans – Shows the number of payment plans started during the selected date range

• New Plans Value – Shows the total value of newly created payment plans

• Revenue Capture Rate – Shows the percentage of revenue collected for payment plans still in progress. This does not include Completed or Defaulted plans and does not include finance fees

New Plans Cohort Stats

New Plans Cohort shows stats for all payment plans that started during the selected date range.

• Take Rate – Shows the percentage of orders that selected a payment plan option

• Revenue Capture Rate – Shows the percentage of revenue successfully collected for all new payment plans

• Written Off – Shows the total amount of new payment plans written off as bad debt
