Spiffy comes equipped with the ability to send receipts to your customers. Spiffy’s receipts are delivered as a nice, simple transactional email with a secure link for your customer to view & save their receipts.
Receipts delivered by Spiffy use company information and logos you’ve saved in your Company Settings. Go to Settings > Company to update your company info before enabling receipt emails.
Quick access to your Company Settings.
IMPORTANT:
Adjust your Stripe account settings to turn receipts OFF in Stripe, so you don’t send your customers multiple receipts for every payment. Make sure to have either Spiffy or Stripe receipts active, not both.
Learn How to Adjust Stripe Account Settings.
You can enable automatic receipt delivery, as well as manually send a receipt from any Order / Subscription / Payment Plan record.

Automatically Send Receipts
You can enable receipts to automatically be sent after successful payments for the following:
- Order Confirmation Email – We’ll send your customer an email with a link to view their order/payment details after they place an order on your checkout.
- Payment Plan Receipt Email – We’ll send your customer an email with a link to their payment details when a recurring Payment Plan payment is made.
- Subscription Receipt Email – We’ll send your customer an email with a link to their payment details when a recurring Subscription payment is made.
You will be able to enable automatic receipt delivery via your Spiffy Account Settings. Click your Profile icon, and select Notifications. Then, enable any of the Receipt Email options, and click Save.
View these receipt settings in your Spiffy app.
Manually Send a Receipt
Navigate to any Order/Subscription/Payment Plan record, click the options button ‘. . .’ on a payment, and select Send Receipt.
Manually sending a receipt will send the receipt even if you do not have automatic receipt delivery enabled.
