Trial Success Rate

Trial Success Rate is a cohort-based subscription stat that looks at the success of your trials converting to a fully paid subscription.

To view the Trial Success Rate for a Subscription Product, go to Products and select the Subscription you want to view. Under Stats, click on Growth and you’ll see Trial Success on the right.

The date range selected will pull a cohort of orders created, or trials started, within that timeframe.

Pro Tip:
To get the most accurate percentage, select a date range further in the past than your trial period.

If your date range has a high percentage of its subscriptions still in the middle of their trial period then you’ll see a warning as the stat will be skewed.

example

If your trial is 7 days long. Select a date range greater than 7 days in the past.

If your trial is 30 days long. Select a date range greater than 30 days in the past.

Selecting a date range that includes customers in the middle of their trial will skew your success rate down.
