Round Up for Charity

Need to give your customers a way to round up their order for charity donation? We’ve got you covered with our ‘Round up for charity’ block.

How to add a Round Up Block to your Checkout

To add a Round Up Block, hover between any two blocks on your checkout and click on Add Section.

Select Custom Pricing and then Round Up.

This will add the Round Up Block to your Checkout, and automatically open the settings.

The Round Up element has a few settings.

You can configure the Round Up Amount to be the nearest $1, $5, $10, or $100.

In the Description, the merge field {amount} will display the Round Up Amount you selected from the drop-down.

In the Donation Amount Text, the merge field {amount} will dynamically show the amount being added on checkout.

The round up amount will apply to the main checkout only, and will not include any upsells.

During checkout, your customer can choose to toggle Round Up for Charity on/off.

By default, the block will show the amount being rounded up for donation. If you prefer to not show the amount you can do this by turning off Show Amount in settings.

Taxes: The round up amount can be made taxable, however keep in mind this will not reflect a round number in the total.
