Customer Notification Emails Tracking
You can now see exactly when customer notification emails are sent in Spiffy, and track when the email is delivered, opened, and clicked.
This gives you better visibility and peace of mind, making support and troubleshooting faster and easier. Email tracking can be viewed directly in the history section of any subscription record, payment plan record, order record, or customer record associated with the payment or receipt.
