HubSpot Deals Updates & UX/UI Improvements

HubSpot Deals Enhancements

Spiffy’s HubSpot Integration now has the ability to create Deals in HubSpot for all orders automatically and keep order details up-to-date.

If you already have HubSpot connected to Spiffy, you will need to reauthorize your HubSpot Integration to enable this new feature.

New Global Setting: Enable Order Deals

After reconnecting HubSpot, you can toggle on the Enable Order Deals feature via Integration Settings and select a Pipeline and Stage that deals should be created in.

Convert Existing Deals

If you’ve already been using HubSpot Deals with Spiffy, you can migrate existing Deals to Order Deals. This optional step will link a Deal to each order that had a Deal created in HubSpot and enhance it with order data retroactively.

Sunsetting Automation Event: Create Deal

The Create Deal automation event for HubSpot will be sunsetting, in favor of the new global setting Enable Order Deals. Existing Create Deal actions set up on your checkouts will still work, however the Create Deal event will no longer be available to set up new automation.

UX/UI Improvements

Add Images to Addons

Enhance your addon offers by adding an image. Position the image Right, Left, or Top Full-Width inside the addon offer block.

Add Images to Options – Side by Side Layout

Create more visual interest and help your customers quickly distinguish between the different options on your checkout. Use the Side by Side layout to add images to your Options block.
