Payment Plan Defaulted

We’ve added a new status for payment plans, to be used for Past Due or Unpaid plans that are written off as bad debt. This status can be used to filter payment plan sales, and is reflected on relevant dashboards and reports.

Integration Settings on Customer Record

You can now view connected integrations directly on each customer record in Spiffy and make edits to update the associated contact record in connected systems. This is an advanced setting available to Owner, Manager, Support, and Lead user roles.
