Enable Order Deals for HubSpot

Spiffy’s Integration with HubSpot Deals taps into the powerful features that Deals have to offer by syncing important customer and order information to HubSpot as Deal Properties.

These Deal Properties can be added to your ‘View’ in HubSpot Deals to provide a quick, convenient look at details surrounding your customer and their order. HubSpot Deal Properties can also be used as logic when building HubSpot Deal Workflows.

There are a few steps, both in Spiffy and in HubSpot, to set this up.

Turn on Enable Order Deals in Spiffy

After connecting HubSpot in Spiffy, toggle on the Enable Order Deals feature via Integration Settings and select a Pipeline and Stage that Deals should be created in. When enabled, Spiffy will create a Deal in HubSpot for every order placed on any of your Checkouts.

Deals will be created in the same Pipeline and Stage selected within the Spiffy HubSpot Integration Settings. If you want some Deals to be created in different Pipelines and Stages, you can set this up within HubSpot using Deal Workflows.

Add Spiffy Deal Properties in HubSpot

In HubSpot, navigate to your Deals records and click on an existing Deal

In the Deal, click on Customize Record

Next, select the Deals View you want to modify (either the default view, or another view you created)

In the Deals View, click Add Cards in the Properties sidebar

In the pop-up, click Create Card

Select Property List

Add your Card Name

Add the desired Properties from the Spiffy section. If you have multiple Properties to add, you’ll need to add them individually.

Here’s a list of the available Spiffy Properties in HubSpot:

After adding the desired Properties, Save the Card. Then Save & Exit the Deals View

From the Contact Record in HubSpot, you can now view the Deals created and the Spiffy Order details

Here’s an example of what it will look like inside the Deal record:
