Affiliate Lead Tracking & Sharing

These features are available on Business and Scale accounts

Spiffy gives you more than just click data. You can track real leads and share that data with your affiliates—so they can run more targeted, effective campaigns. Everything is handled directly inside your Affiliate Program settings and the Affiliate Portal. Setup is simple, and your affiliates get the clarity they need to perform.

Track Leads

When enabled, Spiffy automatically tracks leads referred by your affiliates. This gives you better insight into which affiliates are driving real leads, and helps you attribute signups and opt-ins to the right affiliate

Lead Tracking can be enabled directly in your Affiliate Program Settings.

  1. From your Affiliate Programs page, click on a Program to edit
  2. Toggle on Track Leads under More Settings
  3. Click Save Settings

Make sure SpiffyJS is installed and active on your site. You can find your SpiffyJS code at the bottom of your account-level settings.

View Your Leads

You can see a list of Leads referred by your affiliates and filter by program or affiliate. To view your Leads, select Affiliates > Leads in the left navigation menu.

Share Leads & Purchasers

You can choose to share referred Leads and/or Purchasers with your affiliates via the Affiliate Portal. This gives affiliates more control over how they run campaigns—while keeping everything transparent and aligned.

When sharing is enabled, affiliates can:

  • View and export a list of their referred leads and/or purchasers
  • Exclude leads or buyers from ongoing campaigns
  • Deliver personalized bonuses or follow-ups to verified purchasers

Data Sharing can be enabled directly in your Affiliate Program Settings.

  1. From your Affiliate Programs page, click on a Program to edit
  2. Under Data Sharing, toggle on Share Leads and/or Share Purchasers
  3. Click Save Settings

What Affiliates See in the Portal

Here is what your affiliates will see in their Affiliate Portal.

Under each program, they can toggle between Leads and Purchases, and export data based on the date range selected.

Affiliate Purchase Webhooks

Your affiliates will have the option to set up a Purchase Webhook inside their Affiliate Portal using tools like Zapier or Make. This allows them to automate their campaigns, deliver bonuses, trigger custom follow-ups, and more.

You don’t need to configure anything on your end for affiliates to use this—they’ll manage the setup themselves inside their portal.
