View logs for all of your Automations and Integration Actions from within your Spiffy account.
This feature is only available to users with Owner or Manager access
View Automation Logs
To view your Automation Logs, click on Settings > Automation in the bottom left navigation.
From your Automation page, click on the Logs button, at the top right, to see a list of all actions that have been run on your Spiffy account.
Filter Automation Logs
To filter the results, click the Add Filter button to view and select filters.
Each Filter will have a simple configuration pop-up. Configure accordingly, and click Add Filter to refresh your results. You can select and configure multiple filters.
Quickly access logs for a specific order, customer, etc
Clicking on “Automation Logs” from within an order record, customer record, subscription record, or payment plan will short cut directly to your Automation Logs page. Filters will be automatically applied for that order, customer, etc.
Retry Failed Actions
To retry actions that failed, click on the automation that failed to view the details of that event. Scroll to the request that failed and click Retry. The event will be queued to run again.
There are a limited number of retries per event
