Creating Single Products

Single Products are digital products or services that you sell as a one-time purchase. This can be paid in full or a payment plan.

Spiffy makes it easy to create and manage your Single Products, and trigger automations based on a variety of purchase and billing events. We’re going to cover all the basics, from creating your first product to setting up product-specific billing automation triggers.

Table of Contents

Creating Single Products

You can create Single Products by clicking on Products in the left navigation menu.

  1. Click on Products at the left navigation menu
  2. Click on the Create New Product box at the top of the Products page
  3. Choose Single Price for the Product Type
  4. Give your product a Name and Description
  5. Enter the default price for your product
  6. Click Create Product
  7. You will be automatically taken to your new Single Product’s performance dashboard

Advanced Pricing Options

This feature is available for Business and Scale accounts.

Advanced Pricing allows you to create multiple offers for your product. This gives you flexibility to test different prices, track performance stats on each, and set up different automations to run.

If you have a Business or Scale account, you can set these up while creating your Product or add them later from your Product Dashboard.

Add Products to a Checkout

Products can be added when creating you checkout (recommended), or you can add it later in the checkout editor.

Using Payment Plans

If you have a high ticket product and want to offer financing, you can add a Payment Plan to your checkout. Once you create your Product and add it to a Checkout, you can add a Payment Plan option from the Checkout Editor settings.
