Customize the notification emails that Spiffy sends to your customers and affiliates. This gives you more control over the messaging and tone. You can tailor the content to align with your brand’s voice, and create a more personalized experience for your customers.
Editing is available for the following email templates:
- Customer Notifications (Failed Payment, Card Expired/ing, Order Confirmation, and Receipts)
- Affiliate Registration (Welcome Email)
How to Edit your Email Templates
From your Customer Notifications Settings or Affiliate Registration Settings, click on Edit Email to go to the email templates page.
To the left, you will see a list of the available templates to edit. If any of the emails are turned off in settings, you will see ‘Disabled’ next to that email template.
You can make changes to anything inside the dotted line box on each template, including text formatting and adding dynamic variables for personalization.
When you are done editing, click Save Changes.
Note: You must SAVE each template before moving to another template or your changes will not be saved.
You can switch back to the default template by clicking Revert to Default.
