Connecting your Stripe account with Spiffy is easy.
(If you do not yet have a Stripe account, you can set it up through this process as well.)
When you create your Spiffy account, you will be guided to connect your Stripe account during the account creation process. You will also have the option to connect your PayPal business account, as well.
These settings can also be accessed in your Spiffy General Settings if you have already gone through the initial account creation.
Step 1: Create your Spiffy account.
From the main website, click on the Create Account link and you will see a form like this. Enter your Full Name, Email, and create your Password.
Step 2: Select “Stripe” as your payment gateway
You will be presented with two options to choose from as your payment gateway Stripe and PayPal, select Stripe.
Step 3: Click on “Connect Stripe” to start the process
Clicking the Connect Stripe button will take you over to Stripe, this is so you can sign in and connect your account to Spiffy.
If you’re already signed in to your Stripe account in another tab, you may see a little different of a process.
Step 4: Click the small “Sign In” link at the top right of the Stripe page.
It’s easy to miss, but at the top right of the page, you will see Already have a Stripe account? Sign in. Click the blue Sign in link.
If you don’t yet have a Stripe account, at the bottom of this page will be an Account Activation form. You can see the Activate your Account title at the bottom left of the screenshot below. That is where you will enter your business details to setup a new Stripe account.
Step 5: Sign in to your Stripe account
Enter your Stripe login credentials here, and click Sign in to your account.
Step 6: Stripe is Connected
And that’s it! You should see a green notification bar at the top of the screen, confirming your Stripe account was successfully connected!
